Vadim Telyatnikov

Founder & CEO

VadimTelyatnikov previously the Director of Ad Operations at MyYearBook.com (MYB), the third largest social network in the US - he was in charge of all non-direct sales revenues. At MYB, Vadim optimized in excess of 3 billion monthly impressions and managed over 200 network partners to successfully increase revenues over 10x in two years.

Prior to MYB, Vadim acquired and optimized his own network of 30 content based sites, the largest of which was a hosting community with over 60K administrators and 1.5M registered users. Vadim is a thought leader in the publisher yield advertising technology space and is frequently asked to speak on industry panels.
Kingchih Fan

Founder & CFO

Kingchih Fan, CFA has over 10 years experience in emerging technologies, finance and business development in US and Asia. Kingchih was part of the management team at Asiacontent.com, whose model was to create branded local content through joint venture partnerships with established US brands; including CNET, MTV Networks and E! Online. The Company scaled to 15 properties managed by over 350 staff in eight markets: Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and India.

Kingchih is the founder of SeekingExperts Inc, an acquisition vehicle that acquires and monetizes niche properties specializing in domaining and user generated content. Previously a Principal with Chela Capital Partners as well as a Vice President with LondonAsia PLC, Kingchih has extensive international experience through the execution of a number of technology mergers and acquisitions.

Kingchih is fluent in Chinese, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and graduated with honors with a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
David Tannenbaum

CTO

David Tannenbaum has over 10 years experience leading and managing technology companies. He served as the Chief Architect and driver of the vision behind mOcean™, which is the industry leading solution to mobile yield optimization. Mojiva recently received $25 Million in funding and continues to be a leading mobile ad network with publishers that include ABC, Univision, TMZ and the International Business Times.

Prior to mOcean, David co-founded Intellidreams, a video advertising network. David began his career as a Systems Engineer at Sun Microsystems and was later recruited by TimeSys as one of its first employees to work on Real Time Linux and Java. David graduated with a degree in computer science engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Dan Lawton

SVP of Operations

Dan Lawton is a serial entrepreneur and founder of three multi-million dollar business including eBizphones, a Telecom Technology company founded in 1995 that specialized in surface mount repair and reverse engineering of high end industrial telecom hardware. Over the next 10 years, Dan successfully grew eBizphones to $12m in revenue, becoming an industry leader in the US and Europe. The company merged with Mid West Digital in 2006.

Dan's most recent company eBiz Industries is a patent pending real time reverse auction platform for industrial parts. Dan successfully raised $1 million from private investors and managed an outsourced team of 12 developers in India and US. Beta testing concluded in 2008 with results that outpaced eBay in the industrial category by 30 times in product offerings. In the first six weeks of beta, a total of $57m in offers were made.  
Sam Cox

SVP of Publisher and Business Development

Sam Cox is a results-driven technology executive with a focus on advertising optimization. He currently serves as SVP of Publisher Services and Business Development for the leading server-side yield optimization platform LiftDNA. Prior to LiftDNA, Sam was founder and CEO of Milabra, the first company in the world to successfully use visual data to improve display advertising performance and targeting. Before Milabra, he was a technology analyst at a boutique NYC merchant bank, The Loughlan Group, investing in technology and media ventures. Sam graduated with his MBA from Cass Business School in London, UK with a degree in strategy and completed his undergraduate degree at Queen's University in Canada.
John Burke

VP of Publisher Development

John Burke has held sales and marketing leadership roles at both market-leading digital publishers and successful emerging digital media companies. With ten years experience as Director of Sales and Marketing at Ziff-Davis Publishing and Time Inc., John brings a publisher-centric perspective to the rapidly evolving digital media environment. John joined Quigo Technologies in 2003 as the Vice-President of Business Development, culminating in the company’s acquisition by AOL in 2008. John subsequently led business development for iSEEK, Vantage Technologies medical and educational search engine. John is a graduate of Bucknell University and the Lawrenceville School.
